Terms of Sale – AstroMerchant Theme

By purchasing, downloading, or using the AstroMerchant theme (“Theme”), you agree to the following Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, do not access, use, or distribute the Theme.
1. 🚫 Non-Refundable Digital Product
All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical skill
- Incompatibility with your preferred tools or setup
- Bugs or missing features
- Discontinuation of future development
You are buying a digital theme intended for experienced developers, sold as-is.
2. 🧰 No Support or Maintenance
This product is provided with:
- No technical support
- No warranty
- No guarantee of future updates or patches
All configuration, security, hosting, and integrations are your sole responsibility. If you are unsure how to use it, do not purchase it.
3. 🔒 Lifetime License – 5 Site Limit
Your license allows you to use the AstroMerchant theme on up to five (5) commercial or personal websites/projects. This includes:
- Websites for yourself
- Projects for clients (as long as you retain code control)
You may not:
- Use it on more than 5 sites without a license extension
- Share, resell, or redistribute the source code
- Use the Theme as the basis for a resale product or template
4. 🛠️ License Expansion (At Seller’s Discretion)
If you wish to use AstroMerchant on more than 5 websites, you may request a license extension.
- Additional 5-site packs may be available at a discounted rate
- Granting of extensions is at the sole discretion of the theme creator
- Bulk, agency, or unlimited licenses may be offered in future
5. ⚠️ Use At Your Own Risk
By using this Theme, you agree to:
- Take full responsibility for implementation and security
- Configure any third-party services (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, Clerk) correctly and securely
- Accept any risk of data loss, bugs, or conflicts
The seller is not liable for any issues that arise from using this Theme in production, including:
- Data breaches
- Financial loss
- Site downtime
- Compliance violations (e.g., GDPR, PCI)
6. 🧠 Intended for Experienced Developers
AstroMerchant is built for developers comfortable with:
- Astro, React, Tailwind, and DaisyUI
- Supabase or similar headless services
- Stripe integration and eCommerce logic
- Deployments to platforms like Netlify or Vercel
No onboarding, tech support, or walkthroughs are included.
7. 📦 No Guaranteed Development Roadmap
Early access is offered on a “what you see is what you get” basis.
- Future updates may or may not be released
- Components and features may change, be removed, or be deprecated
- Lifetime access refers only to access to the theme as it exists at any given time
There is no obligation to continue development.
8. ⚖️ Legal & Licensing
- The Theme remains the intellectual property of the seller
- You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license
- You may not share, distribute, or expose source code outside of permitted projects
9. 🧾 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate UK legal channels.
10. ✅ By Purchasing, You Acknowledge That:
- You have read and understood these terms
- You are a competent developer who can use the Theme independently
- You accept full responsibility for its integration and deployment
11. 🚫 Trademark & Brand Usage
“AstroMerchant” and the associated logo, branding, and theme name are the exclusive property of the seller. You may not:
- Rebrand or white-label the theme as your own product
- Use the “AstroMerchant” name or logo in commercial offerings
- Claim ownership of any visual identity associated with the product
Use of the AstroMerchant name or logo beyond internal references (e.g., for site credits or acknowledgments) is strictly prohibited without written permission.
